Delivery
- We currently only ship to addresses in Malaysia. For international buyers, please contact us via e-mail and we will try to arrange a deal.
- For multiple purchases, we will happily combine shipping to save you money. Please enquire within.
- All items will be sent via Poslaju, unless requested otherwise. We will try to send the items via the courier service of your choice. All handling/postage charges will be borne by the buyer.
- Buyer has an option to purchase insurance. If item(s) are not insured and are lost or damaged during delivery, we cannot grant refunds.
- Tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your item is sent.
- Delivery via Poslaju usually takes one - three working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time frame.
- For pre-order items, we will ship your items once full payment has been settled.
