- All sales are final and no returns/exchanges accepted, unless the items have been grossly misrepresented.
- If unsure, please e-mail any questions prior to ordering. All unpaid orders will be deemed as fraud and the buyer's IP will be blacklisted.

Terms and Conditions for in-stock products
- Buyers must settle the full price of the items upon order confirmation within 48 hours. Otherwise, your order(s) will be cancelled.
- Item(s) will be shipped within two (2) working days upon payment confirmation.
- Buyers must pay a 60% deposit of the purchase price upon order confirmation within 48 hours. Otherwise, your order(s) will be cancelled.
- Upon deposit confirmation, we will proceed to process your order.
- Once your products have arrived in Malaysia, we will send you a notification e-mail and you're required to settle the remainder of the purchase price within 48 hours. Failure to settle the full purchase price will result in order cancellation and no refunds will be issued.
- If you decide to cancel your order at anytime after payment of deposit, no refunds will be issued.
- Estimated delivery of pre-order items will be around 4 - 5 weeks; if there is any delay, we will notify you by e-mail.
- If your item is not available for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded within one (1) week.
